Refunds and Exchanges

Free Exchanges and Returns:

If you are not satisfied with our products, you are entitled to an exchange or full refund within 30 days. The product must be sent back to ALianDiLe in its original packaging. There must not be any signs of use, abuse or misuse. Remember, you are entitled to 2 exchanges per item.

Custom Items:

Personalised and engraved items made to order cannot be refunded or exchanged as they are specially made to your requirements.
